Preparing the Bride of Mashiach (Christ) PDF Print E-mail

In 2005, the Lord spoke to me saying, "Prepare My Bride (church) for My Coming."  This was so profound because I was just coming out of a "traditional church setting."  May I share a few things about the Bride of Mashiach (Christ).

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) will be a sanctified, holy, without blemish nation of people unto God. She will be a glorified Bride and her glory will be seen as a witness in all the earth. She will be “a praise and honor” unto God while being a faithful servant unto Him. She will love God with all her heart, mind, soul and strength. She will seek God, His ways and how to please Him at all times.

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) will not seek her own pleasures or her own will but will submit to do God's perfect Will in her life. She will overcome the desires of the world and the spiritual obstacles that stand in her way from being perfectly acceptable to her heavenly Bridegroom.

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) will be a people after God's own heart just like David who loved God's Torah/Word and kept His commandments. She will teach God's Torah to the nations of the world during the Messianic Age (Isaiah 2:2-3).

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) has a deep personal relationship with God and a deep spiritual intimacy with Him. She will have clean hands and a pure heart unto God. While in heaven, she will live and dwell in the presence of God and His glory. She will dwell with God in the city of the Bride, the heavenly Jerusalem, for all eternity. She is like the most precious of stones and a pearl of great price.

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) will be a royal priesthood.  Just as it was the duty of the priests in the Old Testament to teach God's people His Torah, even so, it will be the duty of God's Bride to teach God's people about His Torah/Word and His infinite ways for all eternity.  Those who keep the commandments (Torah/Word) of God and teach others to do so will be great in the Kingdom of God.  Those who break the commandments (Torah/Word) of God and teach others to do so will be called least in the Kingdom of God (Matthew 5:19).

The Bride (church) of Mashiach (Christ) must keep the commandments of God and have the right to the "Tree of Life." How blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they have the right to eat from the Tree of Life and go through the gates into the city! (Revelation 22:14).   Since Elohim created Adam in the Garden of Eden to live with man and to dwell with His Bride for all eternity; God's plan for man was delayed until He redeemed man by sending Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah and our heavenly Bridegroom (Yeshua) to purchase and obtain a Bride (church) through the shedding of His Blood on the tree of Calvary (because of man's sinful and disobedient nature).  From the time of Yeshua's (Jesus') resurrection and ascension unto the throne of God, He has been preparing a heavenly home for His Bride (church).

The longsuffering and patience of God to live and dwell with His Bride (church) is coming to a close.  Soon, the heavenly Shofar will be blown and the cry will be made in the heavens, "Behold, the Bridegroom cometh! (Matthew 25:6).  The Spirit and the Bride (church) say, Come! Let anyone who hears say, Come! And let anyone who is thirsty come - let anyone who wishes, take the water of life free of charge (Revelation 22:17).

A GLORIFIED BRIDE
When Yeshua (Jesus) returns at His second coming, He will return for a glorious church. In Ephesians 5:26-27 it is written: To make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.  One characteristic of the Bride of Mashiach (Christ) is she will be a Bride of glory. In Revelation 21:9-11 it is written: One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."  And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.  It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

God has promised that in the fullness of time, He will completely redeem man. When this redemption is fully complete, God will create a new heaven and a new earth and God will dwell forever in the presence of His redeemed people.  When this happens, the glory of God will be forever among God's people and upon God's people.  In Revelation 21:1-3, 9-11, 22-23 it is written: Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.  I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.  And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."  And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. It shone with the Glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like jasper, clear as crystal. I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.
